Sommers are Australian bat maker and equipment manufacturer with a serious passion for cricket. It is nearly ten years since Sommers Director John Rennie had the first 20 bats manufactured from the finest willow available in Sydney . These bats were shaped to John's specific requirements and sold to friends and friends of friends at cost price. This was more of fun project but the exercise was a huge success and the demand more the bats grew quickly and the Sommers brand was born.
